We believe that all voices belong on stages because every audience deserves the opportunity to see all aspects of their identity represented. By providing and promoting positive role models from our community, we hope to inspire the next generation to be loud and proud as well.

From the earliest civilizations, the LGBTQ+ community has been looked to for guidance, mediation, wisdom, and creativity. Our ability to sit at the intersection of many aspects of identity, allows for unique perspectives and valuable insights. We celebrate the special gifts and talents we bring to the world.

Motivation is status quo; our speakers are driven to make a lasting impact. We don’t measure our success in dollars received, but in the number of people reached, the incalculable number of lives changed. We are always prepared to go beyond the keynote to turn the ripples of inspiration into waves of action.

After nearly two decades in the speaker bureau industry, Blair founded BBN Creative Management to champion diverse voices and create opportunities for speakers making a meaningful impact. His career includes leadership roles at several of the industry's leading speaker bureaus, where he helped authors, executives, and thought leaders build successful speaking platforms.
LGBTQSpeakers.org is the next chapter in his mission to bring more unique and diverse voices to the speaking industry and around the world.
Today, Blair combines his expertise in talent management, business strategy, and speaker development to help clients grow their brands while connecting organizations with speakers who educate, inspire, and spark lasting conversations.

With a background spanning executive assistance, office management, and administration, she’s the kind of person who keeps everything — and everyone — on track. As an operations manager, she thrives on organization, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of checking things off a to-do list.
Fueled by coffee, laughter, and a good system, she’s happiest when bringing order to chaos and helping things run efficiently behind the scenes. Outside of work, she loves exploring new cities, trying local coffee shops, snuggling her little one, and spending her downtime deep into a TV binge she’ll absolutely recommend to everyone.
Nicole Kwik
Creative Contractor
A multidisciplinary designer and recent graduate of New York University, she brings a background in UX design, learning design, and graphic design. She enjoys creating thoughtful, engaging experiences across digital, branding, and content-focused projects, and is excited to support BBN Creative Management on a variety of creative initiatives.
